Shipping & Returns

If your shipping destination is not listed we can add it, please contact us and we will promptly add it to the shipping options. If you want to pick-up at Vision Cycling that is fine, we will refund the USA shipping price directly. Simply check out with USA shipping and leave us a note for the refund.

All sales are final, returns are not accepted. Products are produced every 4 weeks, international shipping can take up to 2 weeks for arrival.  a 2-6 week wait time is needed for fulfillment depending on customer location.

Current order production date is May 10th.  Ordering after this date will prolong your delivery date.
